Which type of HyperDeck is the best to be fit for instant replay?

We recommend for high-grade sport production the HyperDeck Studio, the SSD is much faster than the SD-Card of a HyperDeck Mini. HyperSlow will even work with a HyperDeck Mini, but the switching time between record and playback is longer as on the HyperDeck Studio.

Please be aware, that a HyperDeck can’t record and playback at the same time, you need for a continuously recording a second record device.

HyperSlow can play an event from up to 4 different angles (with up to 4 Decks) one after another (SuperPlay) and will switch the ATEM assigned to the currently playing deck. From this fact, it makes sense to start with 1 or 2 decks and grow up with the following live productions.
